PURCHASE AND PRICES
Orders from The Friendly Fat Company are made at our website www.friendlyfat.co. Completed purchases means you have accepted our terms and conditions and agrees to your personal information provided to us are being registered in our customer register.
We reserves the right for any errors in price and product information or otherwise on the website. We reserve the right for price adjustments, technical problems and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.
At the checkout you can choose between the payment methods invoice, partial payment, card payment, or PayPal. The Friendly Fat Company has the right to make a credit check where required to be able to grant credit. As a customer you undertake to pay within the specified time for the chosen payment method. Payment after the due date can lead to late payment feed and interest.
Payment with Klarna invoice with 14 days payment time. No invoice fee will be added. The invoice is sent via e-mail in connection with the order being sent from our warehouse. To be able to pay against invoice, the order must be sent to your registered home address, and you need to provide accurate and complete personal information.
In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added and late payment interest. In case of non-payment, the case goes on to Klarna's debt collection company Segoria and statutory collection fees are added.
2. Partial payment
You can partially pay your invoice via Klarna account. Part payment from 1/24 of the order amount, but at least 50 SEK a month. You can pay the entire remaining debt at any time. Then your account is automatically terminated at Klarna. You can find complete terms and conditions at Klarna.
3. Card Payment
Secure card payment is provided by our payment partner Stripe. Card payment can be made with Swedish and international VISA and Mastercard / Eurocard as well as American Express. No card fees apply. No card information is stored with us, they are saved by our payment partner Stripe.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
We only sells products available from inventory. We work with PostNord for deliveries within Sweden. The delivery time is normally 2-3 business days, depending on where in Sweden the delivery will take place and which weekday the order was placed. Delivery times during holidays and red days might in some cases be longer than usual.
Be sure to always specify the correct delivery address and telephone number, you are responsible if the address is incorrect and the goods do not reach you.
We do offer international shipping. In addition to the products, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost and any additional custom and taxes. Shipping costs range from 150 SEK depending on country and the weight and size of the package.
According to the Swedish distance- and home sales law you have no right to return foods purchased online.
But we accept returns for a full refund on any product purchased in the last 14 days as long as the item is unopened. If you wish to make a return email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS
If you are dissatisfied with the product you have purchased or if the product is faulty you are welcome to email us at hello@friendlyfatcompany and we will exchange the product or give you a refund.

In connection with your order and / or account registration, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete and provide the service you would expect from us. All personal data processing takes place in accordance with the data protection regulation. The information you provide about yourself is used by The Friendly Fat Company and our partners for payment and delivery. We guarantee that no information about you will be sold or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes. We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain incorrect personal data or where the customer has payment complaints.
